General description: The injection system in GC analysis demonstrate ways and means of introducing the sample onto the column. In on-column injection the sample enters directly into the column from the syringe without making contact with other surfaces.Cold on-column injection technique is basically used to analyse thermally labile compounds which may normally decompose at the injection operating temperature. This technique is very fast and highly reliable.
