Western Blotting Enhanced Validation-Recombinant Antibody Technology Recombinant BMP-2 protein was probed with Cat. No. ZRB1489, Anti-BMP-2, clone 4O5 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal (1:500 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates BMP-2 (~38 kDa).
Affinity Binding Assay Enhanced Validation-Recombinant Antibody Technology 100 mg/mL of recombinant BMP-2 protein (Run 1) or non-specific GST protein (Run 2) were analyzed by affinity binding assay using Cat. No. ZRB1489, Anti-BMP-2, clone 4O5 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal. The binding of this antibody to recombinant BMP-2 protein displayed a KD value of 1.8 x 108 whereas its binding to non-specific GST displayed a KD of 3.1 x 105.
Flow Cytometry Enhanced Validation-Recombinant Antibody Technology Staining of one million HepG2 cells was performed using 0.1 μg of Cat. No. ZRB1489, Anti-BMP-2, clone 4O5 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal (Yellow histogram) or the equivalent amount of a Rabbit IgG isotype control (Grey histogram), followed by a PE-conjugated Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody.

| Target description: | Cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (UniProt: Q00534; also known as EC:2.7.11.22, Cell division protein kinase 6, Cdk6, Serine/threonine-protein kinase PLSTIRE) is encoded by the CDK6 (also known as CDKN6) gene (Gene ID: 1021) in human. CDK6 is a ubiquitously expressed serine/threonine-protein kinase that is involved in the control of the cell cycle and differentiation. Its kinase domain is localized to amino acids 13-300 and its kinase activity is observed only in the nucleus. It associates with D-type cyclins (D1, D2 and D3), and the resulting complexes enable the cell to pass from the G1 phase to the S phase. Its binding to cyclin promotes its activation by phosphorylation at threonine 177.
