Western Blotting Enhanced Validation-Recombinant Antibody Technology Jurkat, Human Testis, HL-60 were probed with Cat. No. ZRB1443, Anti-PPP3CC, clone 2C2 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal (1:1,000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates PPP3CC (~58 kDa).
Affinity Binding Assay Enhanced Validation-Recombinant Antibody Technology 100 μg/mL of non-specific peptide (Run 2) or PPP3CC peptide (Run1) were analyzed by affinity binding assay using Cat. No. ZRB1443, Anti-PPP3CC, clone 2C2 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal. The binding of this antibody to PPP3CC peptide displayed a KD value of 1.1 x 107 whereas its binding to non-specific peptide displayed a KD of 2.0 x 103.

Physical form: Purified recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody IgG, lyophilized in lyophilized from PBS with 5% Trehalose, normal appearance a coarse or translucent resin. Target description: Astrocytic phosphoprotein PEA-15 (UniProt: Q15121; also known as 15 kDa phosphoprotein enriched in astrocytes, Phosphoprotein enriched in diabetes, PED) is encoded by the PEA15 gene (Gene ID: 8682) in human.PEA-15 is a cytoplasmic protein that is ubiquitously expressed. Higher expressions are found in heart, brain, muscle, and adipose tissue. Higher expression oF PEA-15 has been reported in tissues from individuals with type 2 diabetes. PEA-15 blocks Ras-mediated inhibition of integrin activation and modulates the ERK MAP kinase cascade. It is reported to Inhibit RPS6KA3 activities by retaining it in the cytoplasm. It is also shown to inhibits both TNFRSF6- and TNFRSF1A-mediated caspase 8 activity and apoptosis. It also regulates glucose transport by controlling both the content of SLC2A1 glucose transporters on the plasma membrane and the insulin-dependent trafficking of SLC2A4 from the cell interior to the surface.
