Western Blotting Enhanced Validation-Recombinant Antibody Technology NME1 samples treated with 100 mM ATP followed by heat treatment (Lane 1) or Untreated (Lane 2) were probed with Cat. No. ZRB1341, Anti-N1-Phosphohistidine (1-pHis), clone SC50-3 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal (1:3,000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates N1-Phosphohistidine (1-pHis) (~45 kDa).
