| General description: | The TEPC-183 tumor line that produces mouse IgM is a tetramethylpentadecane (pristane) induced plasmacytoma, originated and carried intraperitoneally in BALB/c mice. Mouse consists of five immunoglobulin classes- IgM, IgG, IgA, IgD and IgE. IgM is present on the surface of B lymphocytes in its monomeric form. |
