Immunofluorescence MDCK cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by cold acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 2 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-Kindlin-2 (Cat. No. K3269). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugate.
Immunoblotting Whole extract of HeLa cells was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Rabbit Anti-Kindlin-2 (Cat. No. K3269). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. Kindlin-2, as an integrin-interacting protein, plays a vital role in integrin activation and integrin-mediated cell-extracellular matrix (ECM) interaction. Kindlin-2 expression is associated with poor prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDACs). Therefore, kindlin-2 can be considered as a potential biomarker for patients with HCC and PDACs. |
