The protein contains a SH3 (SRC homology 3) domain, polyproline stretches, leucine zipper and a RUN (domain involved in Ras-like GTPase signaling) domain. It is widely expressed and shows cytosolic punctuate distribution. RUSC2 is commonly referred to as Iporin. |
