Application:	Hydrocortisone is used for the following applications: • Used in myogenic induction and identification • Used in long-term stromal cultures and methylcellulose cultures (one of the components in the culture medium) • Used in adipogenic differentiation (one of the components in adipogenic medium) • Used in cell culture: The human mammary epithelial cell MCF-10A cells were maintained in DMEM/F12 and supplemented with hydrocortisone along with other components • The SUM149 cell line was established from a primary IBC and grown in FBS supplemented with Ham′s F12 medium containing insulin and hydrocortisone • Used in differentiation assays of melanoma spheroid cells
