| General description: | HiTrap Capto S ImpAct (1 ml and 5 ml) are prepacked columns for small scale purifications, as well as optimization of methods and parameters, such as sample load and binding conditions. HiTrap Capto S ImpAct columns provide fast, reproducible and easy separations in a convenient format. The columns are best utilized when they are connected to liquid chromatography systems such as ÄKTA systems. Capto S ImpAct is a BioProcess chromatography medium developed for large-scale purification of biopharmaceutical proteins. Based on the well-established Capto base matrix, it provides many opportunities for improved productivity and straightforward process development.
