| General description: | HiScreen Capto S ImpAct (4.7 ml) are prepacked columns for small scale purifications, as well as optimization of methods and parameters, such as sample load and binding conditions. HiScreen Capto S ImpAct columns provide fast, reproducible and easy separations in a convenient format. The columns are best utilized when they are connected to liquid chromatography systems such as ÄKTA systems. Capto S ImpAct is a BioProcess chromatography medium developed for large-scale purification of biopharmaceutical proteins. Based on the well-established Capto base matrix, it provides many opportunities for improved productivity and straightforward process development. This chromatography medium (resin) is available in a range of different bulk pack sizes and convenient prepacked formats for easy scale-up and process development.
