It is secreted by B cells and is found in blood and extracellular fluids and provides protection from infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. Rabbit anti-dog IgG is isolated by affinity isolation and conjugated to Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC). The variable region of IgG antibody is specific to antigens and is highly conserved. IgG has four subclasses- IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG2c. |
