Immunohistochemistry Formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue sections were stained with 1:20 Anti-Human IgG (Fc specific)-Biotin antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: HP-6017 (Cat. No. B3773) followed by 1:800 Monoclonal Anti-Biotin-Cy3™ antibody produced in Mouse, Clone: BN-34 (Cat. No. C5585).
Immunofluorescence Chicken fibroblasts cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by aceton. Fixed cells were stained with 20 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-β-Tubulin antibody produced in Mouse, Clone: TUB 2.1 (Cat. No. T4026). The antibody was developed using 1:300 Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab specific)-Biotin antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. B7151) and by 1:200 Monoclonal Anti-Biotin-Cy3 antibody produced in Mouse, Clone: BN-34 (Cat. No. C5585).
