Immunofluorescence HEK-293 cells overexpressing N-terminal c-Myc tagged fusion protein were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton™ X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-c-Myc (Cat. No. C3956). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.

Immunoblotting Whole extract of human HEK-293T cells overexpressing C-terminal c-Myc tadgged fusion protein was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Rabbit Anti-c-Myc (Cat. No. C3956).
