| General description: | The IgG class antibodies contain two subclasses, IgG1 and IgG2, which have antigenic differences in the Fc portion of the heavy chains. Monoclonal Anti-Bovine IgG2 (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes of an immunized mouse. |
