The resulting film is incubated in a solution of Naphthol AS-BI phosphoric acid and freshly diazotized Fast Garnet GBC. Kit is used to demonstrate acid phosphatase and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) in blood, bone marrow and tissue touch preparations. |
