| General description: | A proprietary medium developed to induce morphological differentiation of CADMEC™ in Attachment Factor Solution coated tissue culture ware in 50% confluent culture. This medium induces CADMEC™ to form cord-like structures in 48 hours. These differentiated cells will resume their cobblestone morphology when switched back to CADMEC™ Growth Medium. It is supplemented with defined components to allow angiogenesis studies on the Attachment Factor-coated tissue culture ware without the interference of undefined components in Matrigel. |
