It serves as a mounting media for viewing slides with H&E (Hematoxylin-Eosin), Nissl staining, and Masson-Goldner stained samples.DPX Mountant for histology has been used for: • Hematoxylin and Eosin Staining to view the overall muscle structure • immunohistochemical analysis and visualization Ki-67 and Bcl-2 expression levels in cardiomyocytes, cardiac fibroblasts, and vascular endothelial cells of heart tissue • -preserving immunostained brain sections on gelatin-coated slides after histological processing, ensuring clear visualization of target proteins such as tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and neuronal nuclei (NeuN) during microscopy analysis • preserving mount histological sections, such as those from cerebella stained with hematoxylin-eosin or cresyl violet |
