Application: Color reagent and precipitant for mercury. Precipitant for primary and secondary amines and certain amino acids.
Application: Reinecke salt may be used as a precipitation reagent for the isolation of quaternary ammonium alkaloids (QAAs) in the dried powder of Rhizoma Corydalis. Quantitative analysis of these QAAs was conducted by MALDI-MS (Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization - Mass Spectrometry). It may be used for the fabrication of bulk Meldola blue-zirconium phosphate-Reinecke salt screen-printed electrodes (bMBZrPRs-SPEs).
