Application: | Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl may be used as an analytical standard for the analysis of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in: • Environmental water samples by magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) using multi-walled carbon nanotubes as adsorbents, combined with high performance liquid chromatography-diode-arra • Rice paddy soils by dispersive-SPE as well as quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe (QuEChERS) extraction and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI), and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection. • Sandy loam soil by HPLC with ultraviolet (UV) detection. • Surface water samples by solvent demulsification dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (SD-DLLME) in conjunction with ESI-LC-MS/MS with MRM detection. • Rice samples by QuEChERS extraction and ESI-LC-MS/MS with single reaction monitoring (SRM) detection. • Crop plants by QuEChERS extraction and ultra-high performance LC-MS/MS equipped with ESI, and SRM detection. |
