| Application: | Sodium bicarbonate-13C is used to study the lactate metabolism by using hyperpolarized 13C pH imaging and multiparametric MRI.This reagent can be used as probe in nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy studies, which enabled large signal gains for low-toxicity hyperpolarized 13C pH imaging in a phantom and in vivo in a murine model of prostate cancer. |
