Unique cross-over Microcentrifuges 5430 and 5430 R bring multipurpose versatility to every lab bench. These new centrifuges spin rotors for Eppendorf® tubes and PCR strips in addition to accommodating rotors for microplates, as well as 15mL and 50mL conical tubes all in a compact size—just over a foot of bench space. Until now, this has only been possible with large multipurpose centrifuges. Refrigerated version 5430 R has a compressor at the back of the centrifuge which keeps the footprint small and the access height low. Equipped with the latest innovations in cooling technology such as programmable pre-cooling time, ECO shut-off function and patented, dynamic compressor control, Model 5430 R assures accurate temperature control, highest energy efficiency and ease of operation.
Centrifuge samples in 50mL conical tubes on your lab bench or spin down PCR plates at your PCR workstation to minimize contamination risks. With a 5430 personal centrifuge, you won't have to coordinate a time to use your lab's centrifuge or make a visit to the centrifuge room.
