Enhanced Validation-By Recombinant Expression Antibody recognition- Anti-PLAUR/uPAR antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: PL231 (Cat. No. SAB4200412) is confirmed by Immunofluorescence in the cell sample that has been altered to overexpress the target protein-HEK-293T over expressing PLAUR/uPAR (Picture A) while no spefic staining is detected in the wild type sample-HEK-293T (Picture B). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei. Antibody dilution 10 μg/mL.
Immunofluorescence HEK-293T cells overexpressing human PLAUR were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Mouse Anti-PLAUR (Cat. No. SAB4200412).The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting HL60 cell extract was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Mouse Anti-PLAUR Clone: PL231 (Cat. No. SAB4200412). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Peroxidase (Cat.
