Sarstedt® Multiply® PCR Reaction Tubes

Multiply® polypropylene PCR tubes are designed differently than standard microtubes. Engineered for easy use and contamination reduction, they also offer rapid temperature transfer due to their thin-walled reaction space. Tubes can be opened without touching the inside of the lid and the single tubes have an anti-contamination shield at the front of the lid. The flat, frosted cap features a large labeling area with a rough surface to prevent smudging. Lid design is optimized for maximum usage of heating block capacity.
These optically clear tubes are compatible with all common thermal cyclers in 0.2 and 0.5mL format and are suitable for use in most popular microcentrifuges.
PCR 8-strips can be easily broken apart to form sections of less than 8 tubes, allowing customization of individual sample runs.
Compatible with the Sarstedt® RackSystem working station for pipetting and storage of 0.2mL tubes.
