Designed for storage of solid specimens. For use in mechanical freezers only. Polypropylene vials with high density polyethylene screw closure. Wide-mouth, shoulderless vial allows easy access to sample with forceps. Linerless closure. Certified non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic. Sterile.
WARNING: Do not use cryogenic vials for storage in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen. Such use may cause entrapment of liquefied nitrogen inside the vial and lead to pressure build-up resulting in possible explosion or biohazard release. Use appropriate safety procedures when handling and disposing of vials.
