Vacuubrand® PC201 NT Oil-Free Vacuum Systems

The PC201 NT oil-free vacuum system is designed for more demanding or higher vapor-flow lab applications, such as rotary evaporation of DMSO, centrifugal concentration of DMF, and more. Compact and whisper-quiet, this system integrates a powerful MD4C vacuum pump with solvent recovery glassware, a dial gauge, and manual flow controller. Pumps are engineered for performance, with flowrates as much as 40% higher at working vacuum levels than competitive pumps with similar free air capacity ratings.

  • Significantly quieter than rotary vane pumps, water-jet aspirators, and competitive diaphragm pumps. Operation produces decibel levels comparable to a quiet, face-to-face conversation.
  • Equipped with solvent recovery to control vapor emissions and keep condensates out of the pump. No cold trap is required in most applications. Its integrated dial-gauge and manual flow control provide for easy monitoring and control of vacuum levels.
  • Like most Vacuubrand® oil-free vacuum systems, the PC201 NT features an integral diaphragm vacuum pump built with PTFE diaphragms and a fluoropolymer flowpath for excellent corrosion resistance.
  • System is completely oil-free, eliminating the misting, handling, and disposal of contaminated pump oil associated with the operation rotary vane pumps. Furthermore, the unique design of the PC201 NT oil-free vacuum pump ensures years of use before the first scheduled maintenance in most lab applications.
