Spectroline® Model CX Cabinets

Cabinets have separate long and short wave UV sources as well as an internal white light source for fluorescence analysis of TLC plates and electrophoresis gels. Boxes are compact and constructed of lightweight vinyl-clad aluminum for easy moving and storage.

Removable bottom panels allow the cabinet to be placed directly over large objects. Soft rubber side curtains on the CX-20 and hinged metal door on the CX-21 provide easy access to the interior while completely excluding exterior light. Safety interlock prevents operation of CX-21 when door is open. Flexible contoured eyepiece has UV-absorbing window that eliminates blue haze and increases contrast.

UV-A tube, UV-C tube and white light tube are all 8 watts. Both units are UL listed. Dimensions (W x L x H): 16 x 12 x 9".
