Osmonics NitroBind Transfer Membrane

Osmonics' NitroBind is a 100% pure cast nitrocellulose that is the membrane of choice for all protein or immunoblotting applications. Absence of low-binding cellulose acetate assures highest binding and sensitivity (100µg/cm2). Nitrocellulose wets out without use of methanol and does not become hydrophobic during the transfer process. Easily blocked without the many steps required for PVDF.

Available in 0.22µm and 0.45µm pore sizes, in a full range of circles, sheets, and rolls.
