Draws directly from HPLC solvent bottles, eliminating the need to transfer mobile phase solvent from flask to reservoir and reducing the likelihood of spills. The patented magnetic seal is leakproof and eliminates the damage to membranes that clamps and threaded holders can cause. Inlet accepts 1/8" to 1/4" I.D. tubing; outlet seals to bottles with 0.7" I.D. to 1.9" O.D. Maximum temperature: 38°C (100°F); maximum vacuum 63.5cm (25") Hg.
Chemically resistant polypropylene housing and Tygon feedline tubing are safe for use with such common solvents as methanol, acetonitrile, and tetrahydrofuran. Effective filtration area is 10.2cm2; accepts 47mm filter.
SolVac holder comes with 61cm Tygon feedline tubing, thumb clamp, PTFE sinker, vacuum port adapter, two membrane seal gaskets, and two seal gaskets.
