GS96 Broth for Multi-Well Plates

By MP Biomedicals

High yields of plasmid DNA in 96-well and 384-well plates

GS96 Broth is formulated to grow host cells to the highest density possible without aeration, and to produce high yields of plasmid DNA from those cultures. Perfect for growing bacterial cells in 96-well and 384-well plates, GS96 media can be used in any situation in which aeration of the culture is difficult or absent. GS96 broth is used at the front end of high-throughput automated procedures, and growth can be increased even further by the addition of 0.05% glycerol.
