These polystyrene microplates from Corning® offer four times the density as 384-well plates and are ideal for use in high throughput screening procedures. Plates can be used for a wide array of HTS miniaturized applications, such as general fluorescence assays, fluorescence polarization, fluorescence polarization immuno assays, time resolved fluorescence, fluorescence resonance energy transfer, luminescence assays, and time resolved luminescence assays. Microplates conform to industry standard footprint and dimensions, and are available in solid black or white with round or flat bottoms in black or clear bottom formats. Available surface treatments include tissue culture treated, nonbinding (NBS™) and untreated.
Microplates offer a total working volume of 10µL for round well bottom vessels, and 12.5µL for flat well bottom vessels. Flat-bottom plates feature square well shape. Round well bottom microplates are designed to reduce air entrapment and wicking, while offering improved CV and Z factors.
