The HB-1000 Hybridizer Hybridization Oven creates the ideal environment for nucleic acid hybridization. Oven operates with microprocessor controls to monitor temperature and rotation speed of bottles for dynamic mixing capability. This is ideal for creating the optimum conditions needed for cDNA library screenings, primer synthesis and all nucleic acid hybridization. The system is easy to operate with the touch sensitive key pad.
The HB-1000 features precise temperature control, ambient to 99.9°C with variable speed control (10 to 15 RPM) enabling consistent saturation of samples. Stainless steel internal construction and large LED display which shows the current temperature inside the chamber. Protective tray is removable to allow easy cleanup of spilled media. RPM knob adjusts speed control of the rotary wheel for easy removal of samples. Rotary wheel can hold twenty 35 x 150mm, ten 35 x 300mm bottles (or a combination of both). Small laboratory footprint; units are stackable for maximizing premium laboratory space. Rotary wheel can be removed and replaced with optional stainless steel rocker plate (Cat.No. 49-98-0097-03).
