Basic™ and Fiberglass 30 Hood Accessories

Blower Modules

Basic™ 40 and 47 Blower Modules may be mounted behind the front panel of the Basic™ Hood, in-line in the ductwork, or remotely on the roof. Belt-driven with an adjustable sheave, these modules are weather-resistant, with an epoxy-coated steel base and housing. They feature a corrosion-resistant, Heresite aluminum impeller. At static pressures from .10 to .30", 47 Blower Modules provide 620 to 1090 CFM; 70 Blower Modules provide 1140 to 1430 CFM.

Standard Service Fixture Kits

Various Service Fixture Kits include one remotely controlled service fixture with 1/4" brass valve and copper tubing, fixture knob, Kynar® hose connector, color coded identification labels and installation instructions. Mounts in any fixture location.

Duplex Electrical Receptacle Kits for Fiberglass 30 Hoods

The Duplex Electrical Receptacle Kit includes duplex electrical receptacle, wiring, junction box and receptacle cover plate. Cat.No. 1195-2834800 mounts in right side fixture panel and Cat.No. 1195-2834801 mounts in left or right side fixture panel of Fiberglass 30 Hoods.

Cupsink and Turret Kit

Polypropylene cupsink and chrome turret kit. Mounts on right wall. Cupsink is 3" x 6".

Sash Stop Kit

The Sash Stop Kit restricts how far a vertical-rising sash may be opened. This small device can be easily field-installed on the fixture panel of Basic™ Hoods, which are factory-prepared to accommodate a sash stop at the 50% open position. Alternate positions can be field drilled. The Sash Stop can be manually released to open the sash completely for easy loading and cleaning. Includes components for one sash.
