Thimble Exhaust Connectors, 5" diameter, for connect glove box to FilterMate™ Portable Exhauster. 6" diameter Thimble Exhauster connects to building exhaust or remote blower for outside ducting.
Exterior Transfer Chamber Shelf mounts to top of transfer chamber to maximize exterior work area. Dry powder epoxy-coated steel, 10.7"W x 15.1"D.
Carbon- and HEPA-Filtered Pressure Relief Valve Vent Kit provide the components necessary to exhaust the pressure relief valve during overpressurization. Includes 3.9" OD x 3.8" ID thimble connection, gasket, two elbows, four clamps, 13" long tubing, and activated carbon or 99.99% efficient HEPA filter for ducting to the outside or the room. Ductwork for outside venting is not included.
Left-Side and Rear Interior Storage Shelf Kits provide 240 square inches of additional usable surface area for small items inside the glove box. Requires assembly and removal of viewing window for placement in the box. Left-Side Shelf Kit includes four 21.25"W x 3.5"D stainless steel shelves and two epoxy-coated steel vertical uprights. Assembled dimensions are 21.25"W x 4.4"D x 20.0"H. Rear Shelf Kit includes two 21.2"W x 3.2"D and two 21.2"W x 3.5"D stainless steel shelves, two epoxy-coated steel vertical uprights, and stainless steel slotted back for mounting Hanging Shelf Kits (sold separately). Assembled dimensions: 22.25"W x 4.4"D x 20.0"H.
Positive Pressure Conversion Kit contains the components necessary to convert the built-in blower from negative pressure to positive pressure operation.
Recirculation Kit contains the components necessary to connect the built-in blower exhaust to the inlet HEPA filter for recirculation of air, useful for dry atmosphere operationsg. Ductwork for outside venting is not included.
Remote Wall-Mount Blower Kit includes mounting hardware to place the built-in blower on a wall up to five feet away.
Transfer Chamber High Vacuum Sleeve is an epoxy-coated steel cylinder that fits inside the transfer chamber to reinforce the walls of the transfer chamber under high vacuum conditions.
Complete Valve Kit includes the six each manual ball valves, pressure relief valve, compression fittings, hose connector fittings, holesaws, O-rings and nuts to add four service valves to the main chamber and two service valves to the transfer chamber. Two of the valves on the main chamber and two on the transfer chamber may be used for evacuating and filling. The remaining two on the main chamber are for drying train connections. Requires installation.
Waste Port provides a 4.5" diameter pass-through to attach an external waste bag. Minimum waste bag size: 8.5" wide. Waste bags and bands are required.
