A variety of accessories are offered to customize any Labconco FlaskScrubber™ and SteamScrubber™ Glassware Washer, including several types of Basket Inserts to suit the needs of any laboratory. Inserts can be used with both Spindle and Standard Racks and are constructed of Type 304 stainless steel. 10-, 32- and 48-Pin Labware Inserts have pins which hold a variety of wider-mouth flasks, beakers and other labware in inverted position. Pins have plastic caps to protect glassware from scratching. Basket Inserts are also available for bottles, culture tubes, electrophoresis plates and petri dishes as well as for utensils. Retainer Top (Cat.No. 1195-4401901) is recommended for use with plastic and lightweight glassware.
The Bulk Tube insert is quick loading for vertically-positioned test tubes. Holds up to 600 each 13mm tubes or 244 each 20mm tubes. The bottom, with grate size of 0.38", allows water to drain from inverted tubes. When insert is less than fully loaded, the divider may be adjusted to keep tubes upright. Smallest divided compartment size: 1.8" x 8.1" x 4.2" (W x D x H). Overall interior dimensions (without divider): 18.7" x 8.1" x 4.2". Plastic and Vinyl-Coated Stainless Steel Glassware Holders with height adjustment clip are available.
Stainless Steel Pipet Inserts permit direct injection cleaning of pipets. A self-sealing silicone check valves allow washing of partial or full loads. Holds 1mL to 10mL pipets. Includes 1 each 1.25" mounting spindle. Fits in lower rack.
Small Spindles with Clips are made of Type 304 stainless steel and may be used in any spindle location on any Upper or Lower Spindle Rack to provide direct injection cleaning of small narrow neck glassware. Each spindle is 4.3"H x .12" OD. Package of 10 spindles with 10 height adjustment clips.
