Serum Bottles and Seals

Serum Bottles hold small samples for batch drying on a tray. They may also be connected to valve ports on drying chambers and manifolds.

Ampules

Glass and Attachment Port Lids

The Attachment Port Lid replaces the lid to the drying chamber on FreeZone® 4.5 Liter Systems to permit use of the Heated Drying Chamber, 4-Port Manifold, 20-Port Manifold, 48-Port Manifold or Clear Chamber. Includes 3/4" thick, clear acrylic cover with 3" diameter opening and gasket and acrylic plug with gasket (for periods of non-use). The Glass Lid for the 12-Port Drying Chamber replaces the acrylic lid on the chamber. Provides additional protection from solvents and corrosives that attack acrylic, such as acetonitrile. Glass with neoprene gasket.

Large Glass Lids replace the acrylic lid that covers the collector chamber on any FreeZone® 6, 12 or 18 Liter Freeze Dry System or 16-Port Drying Chamber. Small Glass Lids replace the acrylic lid on the 4.5 Liter Systems. Provides additional protection from solvents and corrosives that attack acrylic, such as acetonitrile. Glass with neoprene gasket.

Seal Crimpers

Seal Crimpers secure Aluminum Seals on Serum Bottles.

Support Shelves

Support Shelves attach easily without tools to the sides of the FreeZone® cabinet to provide support for large flasks attached to the drying chamber or manifold. Multiple rows of perforations on the sides of the cabinet allow for height adjustment of the shelves .

Digital Electronic Vacuum Gauges

Domestic or International Digital Vacuum Gauge provides an LCD display of vacuum measurement in mBar, PA or Torr.

Other Accessories

• The Oxygen/Natural Gas Sealing Torch flame seals freeze dry ampules and other heat-resistant glass.
• Vacuum Stoppering Adapter connects to a valve port for manual stoppering of a 20mm corkage serum bottle under original vacuum.
• Ampule Valve Adapters connect ampules to valve ports or stainless steel stems.
• The Three Way Adapter permits attachment of three ampules to a single valve port.
• The Microcentrifuge Tube Holder is an anodized aluminum block with 12 bore holes that accommodate 1.7mL microcentrifuge tubes. Holder may be placed on any flat freeze drying surface.
• Stainless steel Tube Holders accommodates up to 15 each 12 or 13 millimeter diameter tubes or 30 each 2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes in an upright position inside a 750mL or larger Fast-Freeze® or Lyph-Lock® flask.
• Replacement freeze dry valve kits are for use with Drying Chambers and Manifolds, and accommodate adapters of both 1/2" and 3/4".
