EasyDip™ Slide Staining System

The Simport EasyDip™ Slide Staining System is a user-friendly approach for staining miscroscope slides. The system consists of a square staining jar and 12-position vertical slide rack. Each kit includes five jars (one of each color in the assorted option) and one rack. All components can resist temperatures between -170°C and +121°C and are autoclavable.
Staining jars are constructed of acetal plastic for rugged performance and won't break like glass jars. They will resist most staining agents, including alcohol and xylene (with the exception of phenol, iodine, or ferric chloride). With a wide base for stability and recessed interior that allows for a smaller reagent volume of 80mL. Jars are available in five colors for ease of identification and can be loosely joined to each other laterally to minimize confusion. Easy to clean, with no metals to corrode.
The Slide Staining Rack holds up to 12 microscope slides into individual slots for free passage and rapid drainage of staining fluids. Slides are placed vertically in the rack, eliminating staining of the writing area and the use of forceps to remove slides from rack. Accomodates slides with dimensions of 75 x 25mm and 76 x 26mm with a thickness of 1.0 and 1.2mm. Lid completely covers staining jar to minimize spill and evaporation, and a permanently attached handle allows for easy insertion and removal of slides.
The Stainless Steel Holder will hold up to six jars.
