HandiPrep™ FIlter Device

HandiPrep™ is a new sample preparation filtration device designed to perform filtration of high viscosity fluids and clarification of heavily precipitated suspensions. It shortens sample-prep workflow and makes more efficient use of sample fluids.

By performing filtration without the requirement of an external syringe filter, HandiPrep™ allows maximum yield via low hold up volume, which:

• Saves time
• Uses less sample volume
• Reduces prep time and clean up
• Mitigates the risk of cross contamination
• Clarification of viscous fluids such as oils, fuels, extracts, dilute creams & pastes

Features:

• 5 filter versions available
• 4 filter media types
• Compatible with aqueous and non-aqueous samples*
• Versions available for viscus fluids 1-10,000cps**
• Filtration output ranges from 1 -2µm
• Polypropylene housing with silicone plunger
• Syringe barrel is 5ml capacity
• Can be used in vacuum SPE manifolds without plunger
• Significantly reduces fluid holdup by compression of media for highest sample fluid yield
