Abdos Plastic Radioimmunoassay Test Tubes

Abdos Radioimmunoassay (Ria) polypropylene and polystyrene tubes are cylindrical vials with a rounded bottom and separate cap. These are generally used to measure concentrations of substances, such as antigen concentrations without the need to use a bioassay. The PP tubes can accept common acids, alkalis, and solvents at room temperature. PP tubes are fully autoclavable and can withstand 3000 RCF during centrifugation. At room temperature, the transparent PS tubes can accept mild bases, weak acids but not organic solvents and can withstand 1400 RCF.
