| Preparation Note: | Activator: NaCI (10 mM) activates the pancreatic enzyme. Stabilizers: Both, the bacterial and the pancreatic enzymes are stabilized by Ca2+ (bound Ca2+ is required for activity). Working concentration: 2.5 to 5 mg/ml Working solution: Phosphate buffer (100 mmol/l; pH 7.0). |
