Scilogex® microcentrifuges are well-designed, accurate and portable small centrifuges ideal for a multitude of applications, including pelleting of DNA and RNA samples, pelleting of PCR amplified nucleic acids, separation of antibody and protein precipitates, performing enzymatic tests, removing cell debris from cell homogenates, and achieving bacterial and yeast cell fractionation.
The D2012 High Speed Personal Mini-Centrifuge offers whisper quiet operation for convenience and comfort in the laboratory environment, and uses a brushless motor drive for maintenance free operation and reduction of down-time. Features a powerful centrifugal force of 15,100 g. With an integrated, user-friendly LCD display to provide all necessary operating information visually in real-time. A unique cooling design minimizes rotor overheating. Centrifuges are supplied with a fully autoclavable, high-strength aluminum alloy 2mL x 12 rotor kit. Spare rotors are available separately.
