The Mini-Rotator delivers the same dependable mixing action as the Heavy Duty Rotator in a smaller size and is ideal for benchtop applications, including in small incubators, refrigerators, biological cabinets and fume hoods. It handles both large and small applications for micro centrifuge tubes and micro test tubes and is a cost-effective, compact addition to any lab. Its heavy-duty, permanent-magnet motor maintains constant speed, and the variable speed control from 2-80 rpm adjusts mixing action from a gentle slosh to rapid agitation.
The chemical-resistant cabinet with foxtip gray and charcoal finish is mounted at a 20° angle for optimum mixing. Electrical requirements: 180VA, 50/60Hz, 120V. Includes a six-foot fuse-protected, three-wire cord.
The Mini-Rotator is also provided with an aluminum disk head and spring clips that holds up to 15 microcentrifuge or micro test tubes at a time without balancing. The aluminum disk head accepts both 5-10mm and 12-14mm tubes and is interchangeable with the optional tissue culture head (order separately), capable of holding up to 30 tubes.
