Glas-Col's® rugged, variable speed motor-driven base accepts a number of interchangeable heads to provide continuous mixing at 2-60 rpm for a variety of applications. The rotator features mixing action that varies in intensity from a gentle slosh to rapid agitation and can stand up to demanding schedules and long hours of operation. A unique clamping device uses leverage to assure positive maintenance of selected motor position with minimum effort. It also permits positioning of the motor at any point within a 110° arc. Single thumbscrew permits easy change of heads. Cord-attached speed control eliminates the danger of reaching around behind load to start or stop rotation and permits rotator to be used inside constant temperature ovens and hoods while the control remains outside. Containers remain visible during rotating.
Furnished complete with the friction-drive test tube head. Additional heads are available separately. The sturdy, stable and well-balanced compact base is capable of handling a total load capacity of up to 10 lbs. With suction cup feet.
