Limited volume inserts for 12 x 32mm vials, either standard opening or wide-opening Target vials. Those for standard vials include Polyspring inserts, conical glass inserts with pulled point interior, and conical with precision formed mandrel interior. Both styles of conical glass inserts can be used without springs-simply drop the insert into a standard opening vial for instant injection. Polyspring inserts are designed to adjust to a needle's injection position and absorb the shock of the needle strike.

Target sized inserts for wide-opening Target vials can be used in crimp top or screw thread vials, including 12 x 32mm Snap-It and SepCap™ vials. Polyspring glass inserts are conical with precision formed mandrel interior (also available silanized). Polypropylene Polyspring inserts with graduations are offered for aqueous-based samples.Target conical inserts without polypropylene springs are the economical choice for microvolume samplying. They are self aligning when dropped into the vial.

Limited volume inserts for Target DP vials include economical flat bottomed Micro-Serts™ or the conical Polyspring inserts described above. Both are manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass with 200mL capacity. The 40% larger openings and greater capacity than standard 11mm vial inserts help prevent breaking or bending syringe needles. The Polyspring™ insert is also available in plastic with an attached spring that centers the insert in the middle of the vial, acting as a shock absorber if the syringe bottoms out.

All glass inserts are 33 expansion borosilicate glass.
