These clear polystyrene plates have nonreversible lids with condensation rings to reduce contamination. Selection of 6-, 12-, 24-, 48 or 96- well plates. They feature individual alphanumerical codes for well identification. Uniform footprint for ease in stacking. Sterilized by gamma irradiation and certified nonpyrogenic. Plates have flat bottoms with round wells unless otherwise indicated.

Available with patented CellBIND® surface for optimal cell attachment, Costar® TC-Treated surface, or Non Treated. Costar® Ultra Low Attachment plates feature a covalently bound hydrogel layer that effectively inhibits cellular attachment. The surface minimizes protein absorption, enzyme activation, and cellular activation, and it is non-cytotoxic, biologically inert, and nondegradable.
